I was blown away by the level of knowledge and comfort I felt when dealing with Chris and Ryan. They’re both experts in both audio and theater, and they really know their stuff. The audio and cinema display was absolutely incredible - one of the best I’ve ever seen

Chris was super responsive and knowledgeable. They have some impressive equipment , inventory and listening rooms. Nice to have a full service HiFi store like this locally. Definitely recommend this place if you are shopping AV equipment!!

Extremely helpful staff, great prices, and an AMAZING show room. Ryan was etremely helpful and knowledgeable -- I asked him tons of questions and he helped me get a system within my budget that perfectly fit what I was looking for. This is the best home theater store in Houston!

I love this place, Ryan and Chris were very helpful. I spent numerous hours listening to speakers over a couple of days until I decided on what I wanted. I came in for some SVS speakers but I was able to compare across several different speaker brands in the same price range. They where very accommodating. I will tell anyone who is in to Home theater or 2 channel to stop by and talk with these guys. They have products suited for all types of price ranges. Five stars all the way around. They even assisted me over the phone with questions I had setting up. They are my go to for HI-Fi!

I've worked with owner Jeff Pate in another venue for a good number of years and from my own decades of experience in dealing with consumers I appreciate his commitment to quality and excellence. Whenever I've seen a need for improvement that I've brought to his attention his is favorite line is, "just do it." Wow, this showroom is amazing! Grid has an amazing selection of HiFi equipment, and their staff is knowledgeable and approachable. I bought a cheap-ish sound bar from them and they treated me like royalty! The unit had a problem but they took it back and ordered me a new one immediately with no drama! It's been over a year and I still love my purchase and visiting Grid to see the latest audio equipment!

I had to opportunity to come by this Amazing showroom and listen to some of the best hifi speakers in the market!
I was completely blown away by how welcoming Ryan was and the amount of knowledge that these guys have!
I’m a local AV integrator in the area and I can honestly say from first hand experience, you normally can’t visit another Av Integrations companies show room and get shown this amount of hospitality and professionalism!
I’ll definitely be back and also recommending clients who are looking for a particular experience to these guys!

I came from far away during business hours, and the store was closed! Although they have working hours and a weekday. There are no warnings or announcements. Wasted time and gas. I don’t recommend it, as you might just waste your time.

I can’t recommend this company enough. The customer service and assistance they provide is second to none. Truly above and beyond. I can give no greater example than what they did for me and my family today. We live in the DFW area and we were in Houston for a Marine Corps reunion. I’ve always wanted to see the show room and needed to demo some speakers for my home theater. They called in a technician ON A SUNDAY when they were actually closed just to accommodate me and my family. I was blown away with the level of customer service Ryan and Chris provided. The knowledge and hospitality was next level. If this doesn’t tell you what they are as a company I don’t know what will. They have earned a customer for life. I didn’t even mention the amount of options and level of equipment they have to offer and on display. Nothing like it. If you need anything home electronics give them your business. They deserve it.

This place is absolutely amazing! Ryan who works there is really knowledgeable on recievers and went out of his way to help me solve some problems with my older denon that I couldn't get to connect to my new TV. Ryan took the time to explain the process of what was needed to be done and even checked on me when I got home to see if I was able to get it working. Really kind person and you don't get that often nowadays. Their speaker selection is top of the line and out of this world. Highly recommended!!! 🥰

Had the luxury to visit the store this weekend, we were welcomed by Jeff. Really nice and knowledgeable person in the field of Audio. The amazing setup with high end Mcintosh Amps, Preamp and their speakers changed our perspective on sound even though I am use to Parasound, Marantz, Emotiva, Klipsch & Martin logan products.

Now time to start finalizing and narrow down my wish list to build a nice System for myself.
Will definitely give them the business for all my future purchases.

It’s a blessing to have a store like this in your local community - Treat yourself, go and check them out even if you’re not an audiophile - cos I can guarantee you will get into this hobby for sure.

Loved this place! Jeff spent so much time with me helping me pick the right speakers for my setup. He was very patient with all my questions and he was extremely knowledgeable in all the equipment. While this is an appointment only high end audio store, they didn't act elitist when it came to my setup, and they were very down to earth. This is my new go to place for high end audio.

Houston Audio is wife approved. 😄 The speakers are everything your man has been begging you for, yet they are so sleek and aesthetically pleasing, you will barely see them (but definitely hear them!) The speakers can enhance any room in your house. After spending time around the speakers I have grown to an understanding of how the speakers work and how they can truly change the way your favorite song or movie sounds-in the best way. Jeff & Eddie have staged beautiful demo rooms at H.A. that provide a unique experience in each room. It truly adds to the entire listening experience! I definitely recommend stopping by and listening in each room.

Description

Like the larger B38, the B28 loudspeaker works on a 3-way principle, but in the case of the B28 all the drivers are arranged on the front of the speaker. To work independently without interaction, each is located within its own housing chamber. Sonically, the B28 speaker also benefits from systematically integrated stiffening elements for structural stabilization and reducing cabinet vibrations.
