The sb25aw pairs two 5-inch carbon-fiber low-frequency drivers with a 1.4-inch high-frequency compression driver. This configuration delivers extended bass response, clear vocal reproduction and substantial dynamic headroom without the bulk of a traditional outdoor speaker cabinet.

With a frequency response of 54 Hz–23 kHz (-6 dB), 400 watts of continuous power handling and up to 123 dB peak SPL, the sb25aw is designed for applications ranging from background music to high-output outdoor entertainment.

Its slim 3.8-inch-deep enclosure allows it to integrate discreetly into architectural spaces while providing the output required for demanding listening environments.

Wide, Uniform Sound Coverage

The sb25aw features 125-degree conical coverage, extending to 160 degrees at -12 dB. This broad dispersion helps distribute sound evenly across expansive patios, outdoor seating areas and commercial environments.

Rather than concentrating sound within a narrow listening area, the sb25aw is engineered to maintain consistent tonal balance and high-frequency detail across a wide coverage zone. All-Weather Aluminum Construction

Designed for indoor and outdoor use, the sb25aw features a powder-coated and anodized aluminum enclosure, a perforated metal grille and a watertight loudspeaker cable entry point.

A waterproof terminal cover protects the speaker connections, while the durable enclosure is engineered for installations exposed to changing environmental conditions.

Available in black or white, the sb25aw complements contemporary architecture, outdoor kitchens, covered entertainment areas and professionally designed commercial spaces.

Flexible Mounting and Installation

The sb25aw incorporates Theory's VersaSlot mounting system, featuring two full-height T-slots and four M5 captive nuts.

Included Z-Clip brackets support flat wall mounting with a total installed depth of just 3.93 inches.

An optional custom yoke bracket allows rotational aiming and includes a 1/2-inch rigid conduit adapter for pole mounting. Theory's optional Universal Mount Adapter supports compatible VESA, wall, ceiling and pole-mounting configurations.

For installations requiring freestanding placement, the optional sb-STAND accommodates suitable speaker stands, consoles and other flat surfaces.

Selectable 4-Ohm and 70V/100V Operation

The sb25aw supports conventional 4-ohm amplification and selectable 70V/100V distributed audio operation.

Integrated transformer taps of 60W, 30W and 15W, plus 7.5W at 70V, provide flexibility for commercial systems requiring multiple loudspeakers across large areas.

The speaker requires one channel of compatible Theory loudspeaker controller amplification with model-specific Theory-certified DSP processing.
