Can I buy online without visiting the showroom?
Yes. The full product range is available through the online store with free nationwide shipping. For more complex system builds, speaking with one of our advisers first tends to lead to a better result.
Do you price match?
Yes. We match any authorised dealer, including big-box retailers. If you find the same product at a lower price, contact us and we'll match it.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Special financing is available through the BrandSource Credit Card for qualifying purchases, allowing you to spread payments over time with no annual fee. Promotional rebate savings are also available periodically. See the financing page for full details.

Can speakers be hidden in walls or ceilings?
Yes. In-wall and in-ceiling architectural speakers are a core part of our installation work. Grilles can be colour-matched or fully flush with surrounding finishes, so the technology doesn't compete with the room.
What does a home theater installation involve?
It covers room design, acoustic treatment, projector and screen installation, Dolby Atmos or DTS surround sound configuration, subwoofer placement, seating layout, lighting, and automation integration. We use Trinnov audio processing for room measurement and calibration.
Where is your showroom?
We're at 6362 Alder Drive, Houston, Texas. The showroom lets you hear and compare reference-level systems in person before making any decisions. If you're considering a larger purchase or installation, it's well worth the visit.
What's the difference between a home theater and a media room?
A dedicated home theater is an acoustically engineered, light-controlled room built solely for cinema. A media room is a multi-purpose space — a living room or loft, for example — configured for high-quality audio and video alongside everyday use. We design and install both.
What brands do you carry?
We're authorised dealers for Focal, Naim, Goldmund, Bryston, T+A, Audio Research, Klipsch, NAD, PrimaLuna, VPI, Meze Audio, IsoAcoustics, Marantz, and more. The full list is under Shop by Brand.
Do you install systems as well as sell equipment?
Yes — installation is central to what we do. We design and install whole-home audio and video, home theaters, media rooms, outdoor audio, lighting and motorised shades, and full smart home automation.
Do you work on commercial projects?
Yes. We design and install systems for venues, restaurants, and businesses of any size. Contact us to discuss your space and requirements.
What smart home platform do you use?
We're a certified Control4 showroom and partner. Control4 unifies lighting, shading, audio, video, climate, and security into a single platform, controlled by keypad, tablet, or mobile app.
Can I control my home systems remotely?
Yes. Control4 includes full mobile app access, so you can adjust lighting, activate scenes, and monitor systems from anywhere.
Do you design outdoor audio systems?
Yes. We design systems that distribute sound evenly across patios, pools, and landscaped areas. Weather-rated speakers integrate into plantings and architecture, maintaining clarity and balance at comfortable listening levels.
What is a Lutron lighting and shading system?
Lutron is an industry-leading platform for automated lighting control and motorised shades. We install Lutron systems that let you create one-touch lighting scenes, automate shading based on time and sunlight levels, and manage everything from a minimalist keypad or your phone.
Will the technology installed become outdated quickly?
We plan for longevity as standard. Every installation includes structured wiring with serviceable equipment locations and expansion capacity, so future upgrades can be made cleanly — without reopening finished walls.
Do you provide support after installation?
Yes. We provide ongoing service and support to ensure systems continue performing as intended — not just on installation day, but over the long term.
Do you serve customers outside Houston?
The online store ships nationwide with free delivery. Installation and design services are based out of Houston, Texas. If you're outside the area and interested in a project, contact us directly to discuss what's possible.

Are you just a retail store that also installs, or do you specialise in installation?
Both sides of the business are treated equally. We're a design-driven firm focused on high-performance audio, video, and integrated environments — not a retailer that bolts on installation as an afterthought. System design, calibration, and long-term support are core to everything we do.
