With a frequency response extending from 36 Hz to 23 kHz (-3 dB) and peak output reaching 130 dB SPL at one meter, the SR-112.2 delivers full-range performance from a relatively compact enclosure. Its bi-amplified architecture and model-specific Theory-certified DSP processing provide precise control over the loudspeaker's acoustic performance.

The passive version requires two compatible Theory loudspeaker controller channels for bi-amplified operation, along with model-specific Theory-certified DSP processing. A self-powered configuration is also available, providing additional flexibility for portable and permanently installed sound systems.

For outdoor applications, an optional weatherized version features a marine-grade composite enclosure with a protective polyurea finish.
