Unlike the ribbon laminate construction found throughout the Galileo LUX analog cable range, the USB cable features a protocol-specific architecture using 6N pure silver conductors. Synergistic Research developed this geometry to maintain stable impedance, support signal integrity and minimize timing-related interference while preserving the musical character of its flagship LUX series.

The cable incorporates next-generation UEF Matrix Shielding with graphene, derived from the SRX XL series, along with Synergistic Research's advanced High Voltage Conditioning process. Together, these technologies are intended to manage electrical noise and create a more refined connection between digital audio components.

The Galileo LUX USB was developed independently of the ribbon laminate architecture used in the series' analog interconnects and speaker cables. USB transmission requires specific electrical characteristics, so Synergistic Research uses a dedicated conductor geometry intended to maintain impedance consistency and clean digital signal transitions.

Its 6N pure silver conductors form the foundation of this design. A specially developed UEF compound surrounds the cable's digital geometry, with the manufacturer intending to manage electromagnetic interactions that can influence the electrical environment of connected components.

Graphene Matrix Shielding and High Voltage Conditioning

Galileo LUX USB incorporates a new generation of Synergistic Research's UEF Matrix Shielding, derived from the SRX XL cable series. The graphene-based formulation is designed to address electrical interference while complementing the cable's pure silver conductor architecture.
