The Synergistic Research Atmosphere Euphoria SX High Current AC Power Cable combines heavy-gauge Copper Matrix Alloy conductors, pure-silver AirStrings and active shielding in a reference-level power cord designed for demanding high-end audio components. Developed for applications such as high-powered amplifiers and compatible power conditioners, Euphoria SX HC uses three 10 AWG conductors rather than the 12 AWG conductors found in the standard Euphoria SX.

Its multi-geometry construction pairs those high-current conductors with a fifth-generation Tricon geometry and three handcrafted 99.9999% pure monocrystalline silver AirStrings. The result is a sophisticated cable architecture incorporating Synergistic Research's Ground Plane technology, graphene-based UEF shielding and a self-contained active-bias power supply.

Drawing on technology from the company's Galileo SX power cables, Euphoria SX High Current also offers interchangeable Gold and Silver tuning modules and optional integration with a Synergistic Research Active Ground Block.

Heavy-Gauge Copper Matrix and Pure-Silver Conductors

The defining difference between Euphoria SX HC and the standard Euphoria SX is its high-current conductor geometry. Three 10 AWG Copper Matrix Alloy conductors form the cable's primary power-delivery architecture, using modified polyethylene insulation and braided Ground Plane shielding.

A fifth-generation Tricon geometry adds monocrystalline Silver Copper Matrix conductors in a triaxial arrangement, with a separate ground conductor and PTFE dielectric.

Three additional Silver AirStrings are handcrafted from 99.9999% pure monocrystalline silver. Each uses a sealed PTFE air dielectric and Synergistic Research's Ground Plane technology.

This combination of conductor materials and geometries distinguishes Euphoria SX HC from conventional single-geometry copper power cords. Synergistic Research designed the cable for systems requiring substantial current delivery while pursuing the low-level detail, tonal density and spatial presentation associated with its reference cable designs.

Integrated Active Shielding and Galileo SX Tuning

Euphoria SX High Current incorporates an active-shielding UEF cell housed in a carbon-fiber cylinder. Inside are a modified Swiss-made power supply, graphene-treated circuitry and SR Quantum Capacitors. The integrated supply generates the 30V DC bias required by the shielding system, eliminating the need for an external power adapter.

The cable's UEF Matrix Shielding uses two graphene-based treatments applied to its shielding architecture, connectors, cabling and grounding elements.

A Galileo SX Black Active Module completes the active-bias circuit, while interchangeable Galileo SX Gold and Silver passive tuning modules allow listeners to experiment with the cable's presentation. Synergistic Research describes the Gold module as emphasizing warmth and liquidity, with Silver offering an alternative tuning option.

Optional Active Ground Block Integration

Euphoria SX HC can connect its cable shield to a compatible Synergistic Research Active Ground Block. This optional connection allows the cable to participate in a broader Synergistic Research grounding system.

The grounding connection is designed specifically for the Active Ground Block. It is not intended to connect to a wall outlet or an ordinary grounding point. When the optional connection is unused, the cable retains its built-in ground path.

This capability makes Euphoria SX HC particularly relevant to customers assembling complete Synergistic Research systems with compatible PowerCell conditioners and grounding accessories. The Active Ground Block is sold separately.

Handcrafted in California

Each Atmosphere Euphoria SX High Current cable is handcrafted in California with 32 point-to-point hand-soldered connections and 4% silver solder. Synergistic Research fits the cable with its G07 Pure Gold connectors and applies its proprietary SRX Long Duration Quantum Tunneling process before incorporating the active power supply.

Additional manufacturing treatments include UEF Blue Treatment and a five-day, two-stage factory burn-in.

The cable is available with North American, Schuko, UK and Australian wall plugs, with compatible 15A and 20A IEC equipment connectors.
