FireHawk G5 ALR

FireHawk G5 is Stewart's fifth-generation ambient light rejecting front-projection surface.

Black Velux Frame

Visible frame surfaces are hand finished in Stewart's light-absorbing black Velux material.

Is FireHawk G5 Right for Your Theater?

Choose FireHawk G5 when your theater or media room has ambient or reflected light that can reduce projected-image contrast.

Its combination of 73% ALR and 1.1 gain is designed to preserve contrast without moving to an extremely high-gain projection surface. Stewart Filmscreen

Projector placement is important. FireHawk G5 requires a minimum throw distance of 1.6 times image width, so it is intended for conventional long-throw projection rather than ultra-short-throw projectors. Stewart Filmscreen

For a fully light-controlled dedicated theater, StudioTek 100 or StudioTek 130 G4 may be more appropriate. FireHawk G5 is the stronger choice when controlling reflected or ambient room light is part of the design requirement.
