The PC-582 features a substantial 200 mm (8-inch) midwoofer, providing greater cone area than the smaller 6.5-inch models in the Palladio collection.

Its included edgeless round metal grille attaches magnetically and can be painted to coordinate with the surrounding ceiling finish.

For projects requiring a different architectural aesthetic, an optional square grille is also available.

This flexibility allows the speaker to complement recessed lighting, ventilation grilles, and other ceiling details while maintaining a clean, cohesive appearance.

Once installed, the PC-582 becomes an understated part of the room, allowing the furniture, artwork, and architectural finishes to remain the visual focus.

Behind its elegant appearance, the PC-582 incorporates practical features developed for custom installation.

Its swing-out dog mounting system allows the speaker to be secured to suitable plasterboard ceiling surfaces, providing an efficient installation method and a clean finished appearance.

The speaker requires a circular cutout measuring 10.1 inches in diameter and approximately 5.5 inches of clearance behind the mounting surface.

The outer frame measures just 11.1 inches in diameter, with a protrusion of approximately 0.51 inches.

These dimensions make the PC-582 suitable for appropriately constructed ceiling assemblies in both new construction and renovation projects.
