Designed to complement the Olympica loudspeaker family, this compact three-way center channel combines a Damped Apex Dome tweeter, a dedicated Camelia midrange driver, and dual 165 mm woofers in a beautifully crafted, lute-shaped enclosure.

The result is a center speaker engineered for articulate dialogue, natural vocal reproduction, and seamless integration with a high-performance multichannel system.

With luxurious wood finishes, leather detailing, and precision aluminum accents, Olympica Center G3 delivers the distinctive Sonus faber aesthetic without demanding an oversized installation.

 

Center Stage Sound

The center channel plays a critical role in a home theater, reproducing dialogue and anchoring much of the on-screen action.

Olympica Center G3 uses a dedicated three-way architecture to distribute those responsibilities across specialized drivers.

Its sealed midrange enclosure helps isolate the frequencies most important to voices, while the vented woofer section provides the low-frequency support needed for cinematic soundtracks.

With a specified frequency response of 58 Hz to 40 kHz and 90 dB sensitivity, Olympica Center is designed to deliver substantial performance from a relatively compact cabinet.

 

Suprema-Derived Camelia Midrange Technology

At the heart of Olympica Center is a dedicated 101 mm Camelia midrange driver.

Originally developed for Sonus faber's flagship Suprema project, the Camelia design features a distinctive, flower-inspired paper cone. Its non-circular geometry is engineered to reduce unwanted resonances while maintaining an effective radiating surface.

A copper cap further refines the driver's construction.

By dedicating a driver to the frequencies that carry much of the character of human voices, Olympica Center is engineered to reproduce dialogue with clarity and natural tonal balance.

 

A Three-Way System Built for Cinema

Damped Apex Dome tweeter: An extended-frequency silk-dome tweeter with Sonus faber's D.A.D. Arrow Point technology handles the highest frequencies, preserving the detail and ambience of film soundtracks.

Dedicated Camelia midrange: The 101 mm paper-cone driver operates in a sealed enclosure, allowing it to concentrate on vocal reproduction without sharing the woofers' acoustic chamber.

Dual 165 mm woofers: Two paper-cone woofers provide the lower-frequency foundation, working within a vented enclosure to support dynamic cinematic playback.

A crossover operating at 600 Hz and 2,900 Hz integrates the drivers into a coordinated system.

 

Italian Design, Down to the Details

Olympica Center carries forward the collection's distinctive combination of wood, aluminum, and leather.

Its sculptural lute-shaped cabinet reflects Sonus faber's long-established design language, while the wood veneer incorporates a refined 45-degree herringbone pattern inspired by the company's Stradivari design heritage.

The result is a speaker that can sit beneath a projection screen or television without looking like an ordinary piece of home theater equipment.

The collection's visual identity makes it especially well suited to systems built around matching Olympica front and surround speakers.

Sonus faber offers Olympica Center G3 in two standard wood finishes. Both feature solid aluminum and leather detailing.

Dedicated Center Channel Stand

For installations that require a freestanding center channel, Sonus faber offers a dedicated Olympica Center Stand.

Constructed from aluminum with stainless steel spikes, the stand provides purpose-built support while complementing the speaker's design.

It measures 485 × 705 × 450 mm and weighs 16.9 kg.

The speaker and stand are sold separately. Offer the stand as a separate product or optional add-on in Shopify rather than including it in the speaker's base price.

Specifications follow the manufacturer's technical sheet. Sonus faber lists the dimensions in its published H × W × D order, although the speaker is intended to be positioned horizontally. The technical sheet also lists an 18 mm tweeter, while other Olympica models use 28 mm units; I have omitted the tweeter diameter from the listing pending confirmation rather than risk publishing an incorrect specification.
