DALI RUBIKORE 6 – High-End Floorstanding Speakers (each)

Product Description

The DALI RUBIKORE 6 is a high-end Danish floorstanding speaker engineered for exceptional musical detail, dynamic performance and installation versatility. Combining technologies developed for DALI's flagship KORE loudspeaker with a relatively compact cabinet, the RUBIKORE 6 is designed for ambitious two-channel stereo systems and premium home theaters in medium to large listening rooms.

Two 6½-inch Clarity Cone drivers with Soft Magnetic Compound (SMC) technology work alongside DALI's hybrid tweeter module to deliver controlled bass, articulate midrange and extended high-frequency reproduction. KORE-inspired crossover components and Continuous-Flare bass reflex ports complete a loudspeaker designed to balance powerful sound with precise musical reproduction.

KORE-Inspired Clarity Cone and SMC Technology

The RUBIKORE 6 features two 6½-inch wood-fibre Clarity Cone drivers incorporating DALI's proprietary SMC magnetic technology.

The Clarity Cone diaphragm is designed to control unwanted resonances, while SMC technology reduces distortion associated with conventional magnetic motor systems. Together, these technologies help the RUBIKORE 6 reproduce intricate musical passages with clarity while maintaining the dynamic capability required for demanding recordings.

Its two-driver configuration provides substantial bass and midrange performance without the larger enclosure of the RUBIKORE 8, making it particularly attractive for rooms where both acoustic performance and cabinet proportions are important.

DALI Hybrid Tweeter Module

DALI's hybrid tweeter module combines a newly developed 29mm ferrofluid-free soft-dome tweeter with a 17 × 45mm planar high-frequency driver.

The soft dome handles the primary treble range, while the planar element extends high-frequency reproduction. Their combined wide-dispersion characteristics help create a spacious soundstage and maintain tonal consistency across a broad listening area.

This design supports detailed reproduction of vocals, acoustic instruments and complex orchestral recordings while allowing greater flexibility in speaker positioning.

SMC-KORE Crossover and Continuous-Flare Bass Reflex

The RUBIKORE 6 incorporates SMC-KORE inductors inspired by the flagship DALI KORE. These crossover components extend DALI's low-distortion engineering approach into the signal path, complementing the Clarity Cone drivers and hybrid tweeter.

Continuous-Flare bass reflex ports are engineered to optimize airflow through the enclosure, reducing unwanted turbulence and supporting controlled low-frequency reproduction.

Together, these technologies contribute to the RUBIKORE 6's published frequency response of 38Hz to 34kHz and maximum sound pressure level of 110dB.

Danish Cabinet Design and Craftsmanship

Designed, developed and manufactured in Denmark, the RUBIKORE 6 reflects DALI's long-standing commitment to loudspeaker engineering and Danish furniture craftsmanship.

Its internally braced cabinet provides a rigid, low-resonance platform for the drivers while maintaining a slim floorstanding profile. The speaker is available in four finishes, allowing it to complement a variety of contemporary and traditional interiors.

Each RUBIKORE 6 is individually crafted, assembled and tested at DALI's Danish production facilities, with locally sourced components used wherever possible.

High-End Stereo and Home Theater Performance

With 88.5dB sensitivity, a 4-ohm nominal impedance and a recommended amplifier power range of 40–200 watts, the RUBIKORE 6 is designed to partner with capable integrated amplifiers, stereo power amplifiers and premium home theater electronics.

Its 2½ + ½-way crossover design and wide-dispersion characteristics make it suitable for both dedicated music systems and the front left and right channels of an ambitious surround sound installation.

For medium to large listening rooms, the RUBIKORE 6 offers a combination of full-range performance, manageable cabinet dimensions and flexible placement.
