PrimaLuna EVO 100 Tube DAC
SuperTubeClock™. Dual-mono tube architecture. 24-bit/192kHz digital conversion.
The PrimaLuna EVO 100 takes a distinctly analog approach to digital playback. At its heart is PrimaLuna’s SuperTubeClock™, which replaces the conventional solid-state clock oscillator with a low-noise miniature triode tube to reduce jitter and noise at the critical clocking stage.
A Burr-Brown PCM1792A DAC, SRC4192 24-bit/192kHz upsampling, tube-rectified power supply, dual-mono topology, custom isolation transformers, and point-to-point wiring make the EVO 100 a substantial high-end DAC designed for dedicated two-channel systems.

SuperTubeClock™
Rather than relying on a conventional solid-state oscillator, PrimaLuna developed a tube-based clocking system specifically for the EVO 100. The miniature Russian military triode is operated conservatively, with PrimaLuna estimating approximately 5–10 years of operating life. The company uses the clock to address timing errors before digital conversion, with the goal of improving transient definition, clarity and low-level detail.

Digital with a Tube Difference
The EVO 100 is especially well suited to systems where streaming or digital sources are the primary source but the listener wants a dedicated DAC with PrimaLuna’s tube-based approach to the analog output and power-supply stages.
Pair it with a PrimaLuna integrated amplifier or preamp/power amplifier combination for a complete PrimaLuna system, or use it as the digital front end for virtually any high-end two-channel setup.

Do you price match?

Where is your showroom?
We're at 6362 Alder Drive, Houston, Texas. The showroom lets you hear and compare reference-level systems in person before making any decisions. If you're considering a larger purchase or installation, it's well worth the visit.
Can I buy online without visiting the showroom?
Yes. The full product range is available through the online store with free nationwide shipping. For more complex system builds, speaking with one of our advisers first tends to lead to a better result.
Do you offer financing?
