The Ortofon 2M Red is a moving magnet (MM) phono cartridge designed to deliver an open, dynamic sound with a touch of warmth. Its elliptical diamond stylus, aluminum cantilever, and split pole pin technology provide precise groove tracking and detailed music reproduction.
With a standard ½-inch mounting configuration, replaceable stylus, and 5.5 mV output, the 2M Red is a practical choice for upgrading a compatible turntable or replacing an existing cartridge.

Compatibility & Stylus Replacement
The standard 2M Red uses ½-inch mounting and is intended for compatible turntables and tonearms. It connects to a moving magnet phono input or an external phono preamplifier with suitable loading.
The stylus is replaceable, so you don't need to replace the entire cartridge when the stylus wears out. Ortofon lists the Stylus 2M Red as the replacement for the standard 2M Red, 2MR Red, and 2M Red Premounted cartridges.

Where is your showroom?

Can I buy online without visiting the showroom?

Do you offer financing?
