Overview
Nordost QSOURCE DC Cable – QRT Series
The Nordost QSOURCE DC Cable is purpose-built to provide a high-quality connection between the Nordost QSOURCE Linear Power Supply and compatible DC-powered audio components. Designed as an integral part of Nordost’s QRT power ecosystem, it helps maintain the clean, low-noise DC power supplied by the QSOURCE all the way to the connected component.
The cable uses 2 × 22 AWG silver-plated solid-core OFC conductors in a shielded twisted-pair configuration. Nordost’s Micro Mono-Filament technology introduces an air dielectric around the conductors, while FEP insulation and braided shielding help reduce electrical interference and noise.

The QSOURCE DC Cable can be configured for different Nordost products and compatible DC-powered components:
- Single-Key LEMO → Single-Key LEMO — for QPOINT
- Double-Key LEMO → Double-Key LEMO — for QNET
- Double-Key LEMO → 5.5 × 2.1mm DC
- Double-Key LEMO → 5.5 × 2.5mm DC
Always verify the required voltage, polarity, connector size, and power requirements of a third-party component before connecting it to the QSOURCE.
Premium QSOURCE DC Cable
For systems requiring an even higher level of DC power delivery, Nordost also offers the Premium QSOURCE DC Cable. Designed as an upgrade within the QSOURCE ecosystem, it is intended for high-performance DC-powered audio components where power quality is a priority.
The Premium version is designed to further optimize the connection between the QSOURCE and compatible equipment, making it an excellent upgrade for reference-level digital and network audio systems.
