Nordost QKORE Ground Unit – QRT Series

The Nordost QKORE Ground Unit is a passive parallel grounding system designed specifically for high-performance HiFi systems. It provides an artificial “clean” earth reference, helping address high-frequency electrical noise and voltage-generated magnetic fields that can contaminate an audio system’s ground and affect overall performance.

QKORE combines Nordost’s Mono-Filament technology, proprietary Low-Voltage Attractor Plates (LVAPs), a passive electronic circuit, and a mechanically tuned enclosure. The system uses gold-plated WBT binding posts to connect compatible audio components to the QKORE grounding system.

QKORE1

The QKORE1 is designed primarily to provide a parallel ground for a Nordost QBASE distribution unit on the primary side of the power supply.

QKORE3

The QKORE3 is designed for grounding individual audio components on the secondary side of the power supply, where the audio circuitry resides.

QKORE6

The QKORE6 is Nordost’s most comprehensive QKORE solution, combining grounding for the distribution block, individual audio components, and separate left/right monoblock amplifiers.

QKORE Wire

Nordost’s dedicated QKORE Wire uses a 16 AWG silver-plated 99.9999% solid-core OFC conductor, FEP insulation, and Micro Mono-Filament construction. Available termination options include Banana, Spade, RCA, Male XLR, Female XLR, BNC, RJ45, USB-A, and USB-B.

A Premium QKORE Wire is also available, upgrading the conductor to 14 AWG silver-plated 99.9999% solid-core OFC while retaining FEP insulation and Micro Mono-Filament construction.

Important Note

The QKORE is a parallel grounding product for audio-system optimization. It is not designed to replace the protective earth/household safety ground in your electrical system.
