The Nordost QBASE Reference QB10 is a reference-level 10-outlet AC distribution unit designed to establish a clean, stable power foundation for ultra-high-performance audio systems. Rather than using conventional filtering that may restrict current, the QB10 takes a filter-less, passive approach while integrating several of Nordost’s most advanced QRT power and resonance-control technologies into a single chassis.

At the heart of the QBASE Reference is Nordost’s Star Earth topology, which provides ground separation for connected components and directs stray voltages and eddy currents toward a central grounding point. Advanced Star Earth Grounding

The QB10 uses Nordost’s Star Earth topology to address conflicting ground and signal paths within a HiFi system. Each connected component receives ground separation while stray voltages and eddy currents are directed toward one central ground point.
