Nordost Heimdall 2 iKable – Norse 2 Series
The Nordost Heimdall 2 iKable brings the advanced cable technology of Nordost’s Norse 2 Series to portable and personal audio applications. Designed to connect devices with a 3.5mm stereo output to high-performance home, portable, or automotive audio systems, Heimdall 2 provides an ultra-fast, low-loss analog signal path.
Heimdall 2 combines four 24 AWG silver-plated 99.99999% solid-core OFC conductors with Nordost’s proprietary Dual Mono-Filament technology. This construction creates a virtual air dielectric around the conductors to reduce dielectric interaction and provide mechanical damping. Mechanically tuned cable lengths further help reduce internal microphonics and high-frequency impedance resonance. (Nordost)
