The Marten Oscar Trio brings the unmistakable Marten sound to a more accessible floorstanding loudspeaker. Designed and built in Sweden, the Oscar Trio combines custom ceramic drivers, Jorma internal wiring, a low-order crossover, and carefully engineered cabinet construction to deliver exceptional clarity, dynamics, and natural musicality.

Its compact footprint and easy placement make the Oscar Trio equally at home in smaller listening spaces or larger rooms, while delivering a sense of scale that goes well beyond its physical size.

Custom Ceramic Drivers

The Oscar Trio is a 2-way design featuring a 1-inch ceramic tweeter and two 7-inch ceramic bass/midrange drivers, all developed specifically for the Oscar series.

Ceramic is exceptionally light and rigid, allowing the drivers to respond quickly while minimizing unwanted distortion. The result is the speed, detail, openness, and natural presentation for which Marten is known.

The custom bass/midrange drivers are engineered for increased excursion and dynamic range, allowing the Oscar Trio to reach down to an impressive 27 Hz.

Low-Order Crossover

Marten uses a carefully designed second-order crossover to preserve dynamics and detail while allowing the drivers to work together as seamlessly as possible.

Premium crossover components include copper-foil air-core coils, silver/gold capacitors, Supreme resistors, and Jorma internal cabling.

Built Like a Marten

The Oscar Trio's clean, minimalist cabinet is constructed from 25mm fiberboard and designed to provide a rigid, stable platform for the drivers while controlling unwanted resonance.

Internal wiring is supplied by Jorma, handmade in Sweden and chosen for its transparency and performance.

Brushed aluminum supports incorporate Marten Pucks and Cones for mechanical isolation, while Marten Isolators developed with IsoAcoustics are available as an upgrade for even greater resonance control.

An optional magnetic grille provides a clean appearance without compromising the design of the speaker.
