Legendary Marantz Sound Quality

At the heart of the AV 30 is Marantz's proprietary Hyper Dynamic Amplifier Module (HDAM-SA2) technology.

This advanced discrete circuitry is designed to deliver fast signal response, low distortion, and exceptional musical detail.

Combined with current-feedback preamplifier technology, a toroidal power transformer, and a copper-plated chassis, the AV 30 offers the precision, warmth, and natural sound reproduction that define the Marantz listening experience.

Carefully tuned by Marantz sound engineers, the AV 30 reproduces movie soundtracks and music with outstanding clarity, spaciousness, and dynamic realism.

Advanced Room Correction with Audyssey and Dirac Live

The AV 30 features Audyssey MultEQ XT32, an advanced room correction system designed to optimize speaker performance based on the acoustic characteristics of your listening environment.

Using the included calibration microphone, Audyssey analyzes the room and adjusts the system to help deliver balanced, accurate sound throughout the listening area.

For advanced installations, the AV 30 also supports optional Dirac Live Room Correction, including compatible Dirac Live Bass Control and Active Room Treatment upgrades.

These professional calibration technologies provide additional flexibility for optimizing speaker response, bass integration, and room acoustics.

Note: Dirac Live features require separately purchased licenses, depending on the selected functionality.

Four Independent Subwoofer Outputs

Experience powerful, controlled bass with four independently configurable subwoofer outputs.

The AV 30 supports advanced multi-subwoofer configurations, allowing greater flexibility in subwoofer placement and calibration.

With properly positioned subwoofers and professional room optimization, this architecture helps deliver more consistent low-frequency performance throughout the listening area.

Whether you're building a high-performance 7.4.4 Dolby Atmos theater or a custom multi-subwoofer system, the AV 30 offers the flexibility needed for demanding installations.

Premium Balanced XLR and RCA Connectivity

The Marantz AV 30 features both 11.4-channel balanced XLR and unbalanced RCA preamplifier outputs, providing exceptional flexibility when connecting external power amplifiers.

Balanced XLR connections can help minimize interference over longer cable runs, making them particularly useful for professionally designed home theater systems and equipment-rack installations.

The AV 30 pairs beautifully with Marantz multichannel power amplifiers, including the Marantz AMP 30 and AMP 20, as well as compatible high-performance amplifiers from other manufacturers.

This separate processor-and-amplifier architecture allows you to customize your system's amplification to match your speakers, room size, and listening preferences.

8K Ultra HD Video and Next-Generation HDMI Connectivity

The AV 30 features seven HDMI inputs, all supporting 8K-compatible video signals, along with three HDMI outputs for flexible entertainment system integration.

Advanced HDMI features include:
