The IsoTek V5 Corvus is a high-performance 9-outlet power cleaning and distribution solution designed for HiFi, home theater, and AV systems. Building on IsoTek’s award-winning Polaris design, the Corvus provides additional outlets while maintaining independent power-cleaning paths, strong surge protection, and unrestricted power delivery for connected components.

Each of the nine outlets is independently connected to the central power-cleaning network, helping prevent Differential Mode noise generated by one component from contaminating other connected equipment. The V5 Corvus also reduces Common Mode/RFI noise and incorporates IsoTek’s KERP (Kirchhoff’s Equal Resistance Path) technology for equal resistance and consistent power delivery across its outlets.

Nine Independent Outlets

Unlike conventional power strips where multiple outlets may be connected together, the V5 Corvus provides nine independent outlets, each connecting directly to the central PCB and IsoTek power-cleaning network.

This architecture is particularly useful in larger systems containing combinations of amplifiers, preamplifiers, DACs, streamers, turntables, televisions, processors, and other digital or analog components, where connected equipment can generate electrical noise of its own.

Advanced Power Cleaning

The V5 Corvus uses IsoTek’s Delta Filter topology to address both Common Mode and Differential Mode mains noise. IsoTek specifies more than 20 dB of power cleaning at 1 kHz, increasing to 42 dB at 10 kHz, alongside a general RFI reduction specification of 35 dB.

Surge Protection

IsoTek equips the V5 Corvus with 45,000A instantaneous surge protection. Its sequential and repeatable protection system is designed to safeguard both the internal power-cleaning circuitry and valuable connected audio/AV equipment from potentially damaging spikes and surges.

System Link

The dedicated System Link outlet allows compatible IsoTek power products to be connected together while maintaining a star-earth reference and reducing the need to use multiple wall outlets.
