Overview
IsoTek EVO3 Elite Power Cable
True High-End Power Delivery
The IsoTek EVO3 Elite is a high-end audiophile power cable engineered for demanding Hi-Fi and home theater systems. Featuring IsoTek’s distinctive 7-core conductor geometry, silver-plated high-purity copper, advanced FEP insulation, and dedicated OFC shielding, EVO3 Elite is designed to provide exceptional power delivery while reducing unwanted electrical interference.
IsoTek recommends the EVO3 Elite as an ideal upgrade for source components, CD players, music servers, DACs, and preamplifiers. It can also be used with power amplifiers, although IsoTek recommends the EVO3 Optimum for particularly large, high-current amplifiers.
Advanced 7-Core Conductor Geometry
At the heart of EVO3 Elite is an advanced conductor configuration consisting of six 1.25 mm² conductors surrounding a larger 3.75 mm² conductor. All conductors are manufactured from silver-plated 99.9999% Oxygen-Free Copper (6N OFC) for excellent conductivity and low resistance.
The conductors use a parallel construction with a slight rotational twist, helping reject Radio Frequency Interference (RFI) and Electromagnetic Interference (EMI).
High-Purity FEP Insulation
IsoTek uses Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene (FEP) as the dielectric material. FEP offers a very low dielectric constant across a wide frequency range while providing excellent electrical insulation and mechanical durability.
Cotton filler strengthens the internal construction and helps reduce microphony, while a Mylar barrier separates the internal assembly from the flexible PVC outer jacket.
Dedicated OFC Shielding
An earthed Oxygen-Free Copper braid shield surrounds the cable construction to maximize RFI rejection and help prevent common-mode noise from affecting the live and neutral conductors.
The cable is terminated with IsoTek’s bespoke audiophile-grade connectors, manufactured from solid OFC and featuring 24-carat gold-plated conductors for a high-quality, corrosion-resistant connection.
