Control Unwanted Mechanical Vibration

The OREA's upper flange is engineered to adhere to the underside of the component with a suction-cup-like effect, while the lower flange interfaces with the rack, shelf or supporting surface.

Position Them Where the Weight Is

OREA doesn't require a symmetrical four-corner installation.

If an amplifier or component carries substantially more weight toward one side because of transformers or power supplies, the isolators can be positioned to account for that distribution. IsoAcoustics notes that three-isolator configurations commonly use two isolators beneath the heavier rear portion and one toward the front center. IsoAcoustics
