Gauder Akustik DARC Center MK II
Reference-Level Dialogue for a DARC Home Theater.
The Gauder Akustik DARC Center MK II brings the engineering of the DARC stereo collection to the most important channel in a multichannel home theater.
Designed for dialogue, vocals, and centrally positioned effects, this dedicated center-channel loudspeaker employs a 2.5-way architecture within a sealed aluminum enclosure.
Its solid aluminum ribbed cabinet uses intermediate damping to reduce unwanted enclosure vibration.
Hand-selected XPulse drivers work with a lightweight beryllium tweeter, with an optional diamond upgrade available.
The symmetrical crossover incorporates Mundorf components, steep 60 dB/octave filtering, and Time Delay Control to coordinate the drivers.
WBT NextGen terminals and Clearwater internal wiring complete the design.
For a theater built around DARC left and right speakers, the DARC Center MK II provides a purpose-designed center channel with matching construction and acoustic engineering.
