The Gauder Akustik DARC 250 MK II takes the DARC architecture into four-way reference loudspeaker territory.
Its defining feature is a dedicated 50 mm diamond midrange driver, designed to reproduce fine musical detail across a critical portion of the audible spectrum.
A diamond tweeter complements the midrange driver, while a sophisticated double-bass system provides low-frequency authority.
The DARC 250 MK II uses a symmetrical crossover with steep 60 dB/octave filtering. Its circuitry is distributed across four separate boards to reduce unwanted magnetic interaction between crossover components.
Mundorf and Intertechnik components, Clearwater internal wiring, and WBT NextGen terminals reflect the attention given to the entire signal path.
