Gauder Akustik DARC 200 MK II

The Gauder Akustik DARC 200 MK II is a substantial three-way floorstanding loudspeaker designed to bring greater bass capability and dynamic scale to the DARC series.
Its dual 9-inch bass system operates within a high-pass-filtered bass-reflex enclosure, providing a dedicated foundation for low-frequency reproduction.
As enclosure size and bass output increase, controlling cabinet vibration becomes increasingly important. The DARC 200 MK II addresses this challenge through its solid aluminum rib construction and intermediate damping elements.
The speaker’s symmetrical crossover employs steep 60 dB/octave filtering and Time Delay Control to coordinate the drivers.
Listeners can choose between a beryllium tweeter and an optional diamond version. Gauder Akustik also supports a later diamond upgrade without requiring a crossover conversion.
Nine-way room adjustment and variable bass extension provide flexibility for integrating the DARC 200 MK II into a dedicated listening room.
