Designed for large listening spaces and rooms up to approximately 1,292 square feet, DIVA ALTA UTOPIA delivers the scale and authority expected from a true reference loudspeaker without requiring separate amplifiers, preamplifiers, streamers, DACs, or conventional speaker cables between the speakers.

For someone who wants a world-class music system without building a room around racks of electronics, DIVA ALTA UTOPIA is a very different approach to high-end audio.

1,200 Watts of Naim Amplification

Each DIVA ALTA UTOPIA contains 600 watts of Naim-developed Class AB amplification, with dedicated power for each section of the loudspeaker:

• 280 watts – Low Frequency
• 130 watts – Mid-Bass
• 100 watts – Midrange
• 90 watts – High Frequency

That's 1,200 watts of total amplification per pair.

More importantly, the amplification, DSP, DAC, drivers, and crossover architecture were developed as one complete system.

Inspired by Grande Utopia

DIVA ALTA UTOPIA takes inspiration from Focal's legendary Grande Utopia.

Its architecture uses Focus Time Management, physically aligning the drivers so their output reaches the listening position at the correct time.

DIVA ALTA takes this concept even further through software adjustment in the Focal & Naim app. Listening distance can be taken into account to optimize phase alignment and synchronization.

The goal is a soundstage that remains stable, precise, deep, and believable even as the system plays at substantial volume.

Four 8-Inch "W" Woofers Per Speaker

Each DIVA ALTA UTOPIA uses four 8-inch "W" cone woofers in a push-push configuration.

That's eight 8-inch bass drivers across the pair.

Bass response reaches 23Hz ±3dB, with usable low-frequency extension reaching 20Hz.

Peak output reaches an enormous 122dB at one meter.

This gives ALTA the ability to reproduce the scale and physical impact of music in a way smaller active systems simply cannot, while maintaining the speed and control expected from Focal.

New Focal PRISM Tweeter

DIVA ALTA UTOPIA introduces Focal's new PRISM tweeter technology.

The 27mm inverted-dome tweeter uses an M-shaped profile with IAL2 loading and a sophisticated multi-material construction developed to balance rigidity, damping, and extremely low mass.

PRISM represents a new direction in Focal high-frequency driver technology and is designed to deliver greater extension, definition, and smoothness throughout the upper frequencies.

Dedicated Midrange and Mid-Bass Drivers

Between the PRISM tweeter and four 8-inch woofers sit two dedicated "W" cone drivers.

A 5-inch reinforced "W" cone M-profile midrange driver uses Focal's TMD suspension technology to control unwanted resonance and improve neutrality through the critical vocal range.

A separate 6.5-inch ultra-rigid "W" cone mid-bass driver bridges the gap between the dedicated midrange and the four large woofers.

Giving these frequency ranges their own dedicated drivers allows DIVA ALTA UTOPIA to combine massive scale with the clarity and precision expected from a reference Focal loudspeaker.

High-Resolution Wireless Connection

The left and right speakers communicate using Ultra Wideband wireless technology, allowing high-resolution transmission without a conventional speaker cable running across the room.

For installations where the system needs to coexist with architecture, furniture, and interior design, that's a major advantage.

Focal also includes an 8-meter high-resolution wired speaker link when a hardwired connection is preferred.

Naim Streaming Built In

DIVA ALTA UTOPIA doesn't need an external streamer.

High-resolution streaming is integrated directly into the system with support for files including:

Through the Focal & Naim app, the system can be adjusted for both room acoustics and listening preferences.
