The Focal Aria Evo X N°2 delivers refined high-fidelity performance through a four-driver, three-way architecture designed for natural tonal balance, precise imaging, and dynamic musical reproduction. Built in France, it combines two 6.5-inch Flax bass drivers, a dedicated 6.5-inch Flax midrange, and a 1-inch aluminum/magnesium TAM tweeter.

With 91.5dB sensitivity, 45Hz–30kHz frequency response, and recommended amplification of 40–250 watts, the Aria Evo X N°2 is an excellent foundation for a premium stereo system or multichannel home theater.

Dual 6.5-Inch Flax Bass Drivers

Two 6.5-inch Flax cone woofers provide articulate, controlled bass with the speed and responsiveness required for complex music.

Focal's patented Flax diaphragm sandwiches natural French flax fibers between thin fiberglass layers. This construction combines low mass, high rigidity, and effective internal damping to reduce coloration and preserve musical detail.

The dual-woofer configuration provides substantial low-frequency authority while maintaining the elegant proportions of the cabinet.

Dedicated Flax Midrange with TMD Suspension

A separate 6.5-inch Flax midrange driver reproduces vocals and instruments with clarity and natural timbre.

Focal's Tuned Mass Damper (TMD) suspension incorporates precisely positioned damping elements that help control unwanted suspension resonance, particularly through the critical 1–2kHz region.

The result is improved midrange linearity, greater vocal definition, and reduced distortion.

TAM M-Shaped Inverted-Dome Tweeter

The Aria Evo X N°2 features Focal's 1-inch TAM aluminum/magnesium inverted-dome tweeter.

Its distinctive M-shaped profile increases dome rigidity while promoting wide, controlled dispersion. An integrated waveguide improves directional consistency and stereo imaging, while a rear decompression chamber reduces interference from back-wave energy.

The TAM tweeter extends high-frequency reproduction to 30kHz, delivering detailed treble without sacrificing smoothness.

Powerflow Multi-Port Bass-Reflex System

Focal's Powerflow multi-port architecture combines a front-facing bass-reflex port with a downward-firing port.

The front port supports dynamic impact and efficient airflow, while the floor-facing port contributes to low-frequency depth.

Together, they help minimize port compression and maintain controlled bass reproduction at elevated listening levels.

Rigid Cabinet and Stable Aluminum Base

The Aria Evo X N°2 uses an ultra-rigid MDF cabinet with non-parallel side panels to reduce internal standing waves and unwanted vibration.

A substantial aluminum-alloy base provides stability, with adjustable spikes for precise leveling and mechanical coupling to the floor.

The leather-effect front baffle and magnetic fabric grille complete its sophisticated design.
