The Focal Aria Evo X Center is the centerpiece of a complete Aria Evo X home theater system, designed to deliver clear dialogue, natural voices, and seamless sound across the front of the room.

Focal specifically engineered the Center to match the tonal character of the Aria Evo X floorstanding speakers, giving movies, television, concerts, and multichannel music a consistent presentation as sound moves between the left, center, and right channels.

With dual 6.5-inch Flax drivers and Focal's TAM aluminum/magnesium tweeter, this is much more than a speaker for dialogue. It's a serious center channel built to keep up with a high-performance theater.

Dual 6.5-Inch Flax Drivers

The Aria Evo X Center uses two 6.5-inch Flax mid/bass drivers.

Focal's patented Flax cone places natural French flax fiber between two thin layers of fiberglass, creating a sandwich construction that combines low weight, rigidity, and internal damping.

Those characteristics are particularly important in a center channel.

Voices need to sound natural and intelligible, but the speaker also has to reproduce the impact and dynamics of movie soundtracks without becoming congested when things get loud.

TAM Aluminum/Magnesium Tweeter

High frequencies are handled by Focal's 1-inch TAM inverted-dome tweeter, manufactured in Focal's workshops in France.

Its aluminum/magnesium dome uses Focal's distinctive "M" profile for increased rigidity and broad dispersion.

That wide dispersion matters in a home theater because everyone isn't sitting in one exact center seat.

The Aria Evo X Center is designed to maintain clear, detailed sound across a wider seating area so dialogue remains intelligible throughout the room.

Built for Home Cinema

The Aria Evo X Center has a 91dB sensitivity and is designed for amplifiers delivering between 40 and 200 watts.

Its dual rear bass-reflex ports help reduce compression and allow the speaker to produce useful bass extension down to 50Hz.

In a properly designed theater, we'll typically integrate the Center with dedicated subwoofers and bass management through the AV processor, allowing the speaker to concentrate on the frequencies it reproduces best.
