The Focal 100 OD8 is a high-performance outdoor loudspeaker designed to deliver powerful, detailed sound across patios, terraces, pool areas and expansive outdoor entertainment spaces. Featuring an 8-inch waterproof Polyglass woofer and aluminum inverted-dome tweeter, the 100 OD8 combines Focal's acoustic engineering with rugged construction for permanent outdoor installation.
Its larger driver provides greater bass capability and output than smaller outdoor speakers, making it particularly well suited to open-air listening areas where sound must travel farther without sacrificing clarity.
8-Inch Polyglass Woofer
The 100 OD8 uses Focal's proprietary Polyglass cone technology, combining a cellulose cone with microscopic glass beads for improved rigidity and damping.
The large 8-inch driver provides extended low-frequency reproduction, while the aluminum inverted-dome tweeter delivers detailed high frequencies and broad dispersion for consistent outdoor coverage.
IP66 Weatherproof Construction
Engineered for demanding environments, the 100 OD8 features an IP66-rated enclosure that protects against dust and powerful water jets.
Its high-density, UV-resistant polypropylene cabinet and corrosion-resistant aluminum grille are designed for long-term outdoor use. The enclosure and grille are also paintable to complement surrounding architecture.
Flexible Mounting and Installation
An adjustable mounting bracket allows 180-degree rotation, enabling precise positioning for wall-mounted installations. The speaker can be installed horizontally or vertically, with a rotating Focal logo maintaining a clean appearance.
The 100 OD8 integrates with conventional stereo amplifiers, distributed audio systems and professionally designed outdoor entertainment installations.

Where is your showroom?
