The Deus Audio Vera 18 MK2 Dual Powered Subwoofer System combines two ultra-shallow 18-inch Vera 18 MK2 subwoofers with dedicated Deus amplification and DSP. Each Vera handles 2,500W peak / 2,000W continuous, giving the dual system 5,000W combined peak / 4,000W combined continuous driver power handling. Deus Audio Machines

At only 11.57 inches deep per enclosure, the dual Vera system is purpose-built for placement behind acoustically transparent screens and for advanced distributed-bass systems where multiple subwoofers can improve output, seat-to-seat consistency, and room-mode control.

Two Vera 18 MK2 Subwoofers

Each Vera uses Deus Audio's 18-inch MASS Drive™ driver with an optimized carbon-fiber cone, 26mm / 1.02" one-way Xmax, Klippel-validated motor performance, and TrueTemp™ direct voice-coil temperature monitoring. Deus Audio Machines

With two independent enclosures, the system also gives the designer considerably more placement flexibility than a single large subwoofer—particularly important when optimizing low-frequency performance across multiple cinema seats.

Deus's current AMP2.2500 is specifically designed to drive two Vera 18 MK2 subwoofers, with one amplifier channel dedicated to each subwoofer. Each channel is capable of 2,500W peak into 4 ohms. Deus Audio Machines

14.4Hz Infrasonic Extension

With the specified Linkwitz Transform applied, each Vera 18 MK2 reaches:

• 23Hz at -3dB
• 18.8Hz at -6dB
• 14.4Hz at -10dB

Only 11.57" Deep

That ultra-shallow architecture allows two Vera subwoofers to be integrated behind an acoustically transparent projection screen, distributed around the room, stacked, arrayed, or structurally mounted using the integrated mounting points.

MASS Drive™ + TrueTemp™

Deus's proprietary MASS Drive™ motor topology is engineered to maintain controlled BL, KMS, and inductance through the driver's full excursion.

TrueTemp™ directly measures voice-coil temperature and sends that data to the amplifier's protection system. Deus's limiter architecture monitors temperature, thermal rate of change, excursion, voltage, and signal conditions in real time. Deus Audio Machines

AMP2.2500 DSP Amplification

The current AMP2.2500 is an especially clean match for the dual Vera configuration: it has two channels, with each channel capable of driving one Vera 18 MK2. Deus Audio Machines

It features Hypex Ncore NC2K amplifier modules, 2,500W/ch peak output into 4Ω, Analog Devices DSP, Wi-Fi DSP tuning, TrueTemp monitoring, balanced XLR inputs with XLR passthrough, Neutrik SpeakOn outputs, 12V trigger control, touchscreen monitoring, and a 2U rack-mount chassis. What's Included

The dual package is sold by Playback Distribution as the “Deus Vera 18 Powered Subwoofer Package – Dual” and specifies Vera 18 (2) + Vera Amp 2.5k/2. Playback Distribution

For the current MK2 generation, Deus specifies its two-channel AMP2.2500 as the companion amplifier for Vera 18 MK2, with one Vera per amplifier channel. Deus Audio Machines

Each current Vera also specifies a 50-foot 4-conductor 12-gauge cable with Neutrik SpeakOn NL4 connectors and a 50-foot XLR cable for TrueTemp thermal data. Deus Audio Machines
