The 956 MK2 stereo power amplifier expands the legendary amplifier family of the internationally acclaimed 909 power amplifier. A particular strength of the 956 MK2 is its exceptionally high damping factor, coupled with the ability to deliver high currents with a very short rise time. This allows it to combine impressive power with great dynamics and excellent timing.
Sonically, it shines with captivating spatial resolution and musical warmth. The power supply to the output stages and the signal transmission to the speaker terminals are ensured by high-purity copper cables with a substantial 10 mm diameter. This high-quality construction guarantees that the high currents reach the robust speaker teminals without loss. The power amplifier helps even speakers with low impedance values and complex loads achieve a pleasantly airy sound with confident dynamics.
