With 42Hz–28kHz frequency response, 88dB sensitivity, and 8-ohm nominal impedance, the 805 D5 delivers reference-level performance in a compact enclosure.

Diamond Dome Tweeter-on-Top

The 805 D5 incorporates Bowers & Wilkins' renowned 1-inch Diamond Dome tweeter, mounted in a separate Solid Body Tweeter-on-Top housing.

Diamond's exceptional stiffness pushes the dome's breakup frequency to approximately 70kHz, well beyond the audible spectrum. This enables exceptionally precise high-frequency reproduction with reduced unwanted resonance.
