Overview
AudioQuest Pearl 48 HDMI 2.1 Cable
Ultra High Speed HDMI Cable • 48Gbps Bandwidth • 8K/60Hz • 4K/120Hz • Solid Long-Grain Copper • Level 1 Noise-Dissipation • eARC
The AudioQuest Pearl 48 HDMI Cable delivers certified 48Gbps Ultra High Speed HDMI 2.1 performance for 4K and 8K televisions, projectors, gaming consoles and home theater systems. Featuring solid Long-Grain Copper (LGC) conductors, AudioQuest Level 1 Noise-Dissipation and direction-controlled construction, Pearl 48 is engineered for reliable high-bandwidth audio and video transmission.
Supporting 8K at 60Hz, 4K at 120Hz, Dynamic HDR, enhanced Audio Return Channel (eARC), Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) and Auto Low Latency Mode (ALLM), Pearl 48 provides the bandwidth required for modern entertainment systems while remaining backward compatible with earlier HDMI devices.
Certified 48Gbps HDMI 2.1 Performance
Pearl 48 is Ultra High Speed HDMI Certified, supporting the full 48Gbps bandwidth of HDMI 2.1.
Four high-speed audio/video signal pairs, each capable of 12Gbps, enable demanding video formats including 4K/120Hz, 8K/60Hz and supported resolutions up to 10K.
The cable also supports Dynamic HDR and advanced HDMI 2.1 gaming features when used with compatible equipment.
Solid Long-Grain Copper Conductors
AudioQuest uses solid Long-Grain Copper (LGC) conductors to minimize strand interaction and maintain consistent electrical characteristics.
The high-purity copper construction is paired with carefully selected insulation and shielding materials to support accurate digital signal transmission.
Level 1 Noise-Dissipation
Pearl 48 incorporates AudioQuest Level 1 Noise-Dissipation to manage radio-frequency interference from surrounding electronics, wireless networks and other sources.
All 19 HDMI conductors are direction-controlled, including the audio/video signal pairs, ground-reference drains, control connections and power conductors.
This construction is designed to reduce RF noise coupling into connected audio/video equipment.
Enhanced Audio Return Channel
Pearl 48 includes a dedicated eARC conductor pair using solid Long-Grain Copper and Level 1 Noise-Dissipation.
Enhanced Audio Return Channel enables compatible televisions to transmit high-bitrate audio to AV receivers, soundbars and surround processors, including lossless multichannel formats such as Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio when supported by the connected equipment.
4K/120Hz Gaming and Home Theater
With support for Variable Refresh Rate, Auto Low Latency Mode and Quick Frame Transport, Pearl 48 is suited for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X and gaming PCs connected to compatible 4K/120Hz displays.
Its 48Gbps bandwidth also makes it suitable for UHD Blu-ray players, media streamers, AV receivers, video processors and high-resolution home theater displays.
