The Bryston 7B³ Cubed 2.0 takes the performance of Bryston's legendary Cubed Series and moves into serious monoblock territory.

Delivering 600 watts into 8 ohms and 900 watts into 4 ohms, each 7B³ is a dedicated mono amplifier designed to provide exceptional power, control and dynamic headroom for demanding high-performance loudspeakers.

A pair of 7B³ amplifiers gives each loudspeaker its own completely independent amplifier and power supply—an ideal configuration for reference-level two-channel systems where effortless dynamics and loudspeaker control matter just as much as detail and refinement.

600 Watts of Monoblock Power

Unlike a conventional stereo amplifier, each Bryston 7B³ powers a single loudspeaker.

Power output is rated at:

That makes the 7B³ particularly well suited to large floorstanding loudspeakers, difficult loads and systems where substantial dynamic headroom is required.

The 7B³ shares the Cubed Series design philosophy of the 4B³, but the architecture is built around significantly greater power.

Bryston uses a specially wound transformer designed for substantially greater efficiency, giving the 7B³ the power reserves needed to drive extremely demanding loudspeakers.

Where the 4B³ is an exceptionally capable stereo amplifier, a pair of 7B³ monoblocks takes the concept further with 600 watts dedicated to each loudspeaker and completely independent amplifier chassis.

Bryston Cubed Series Technology

The 7B³ incorporates Bryston's patented Salomie circuit, used throughout the Cubed Series.

The design focuses on reducing noise and distortion while preserving the speed, transparency and dynamic capability expected from a high-performance power amplifier.

Total harmonic distortion plus noise is rated at less than 0.005% from 20Hz to 20kHz at rated power into 8 ohms.

The result is an amplifier designed not just for brute force, but for low-level resolution, neutrality and refinement.

Balanced XLR & RCA Inputs

The 7B³ provides both:

Switchable 23dB or 29dB gain provides additional flexibility when matching the amplifier with different preamplifiers and system configurations.

A 12V DC trigger allows automated power control with compatible preamplifiers, processors and control systems.

Passive Cooling — No Fans

Even with 600 watts available into 8 ohms, the 7B³ is fully convection cooled.

There are no cooling fans adding mechanical noise to the listening environment.

Bryston also incorporates a microprocessor-controlled SoftStart startup sequence designed to manage initial current demand and reduce the chance of tripping a circuit breaker when the amplifier powers on.

Standby consumption is less than 500mW.
