Rocket 33 combines Solid Perfect-Surface Copper (PSC) and Long-Grain Copper (LGC) conductors, Double Star-Quad Geometry, Carbon-Based Noise Dissipation, Foamed-Polyethylene insulation, and Direction-Controlled conductors for a cable engineered to reduce distortion, control RF noise, and preserve dynamics and clarity.

Rocket 33 Single-BiAmp is specifically configured for systems where separate amplifier channels drive the high- and low-frequency sections of each loudspeaker.

Solid Perfect-Surface Copper + Long-Grain Copper

Rocket 33 uses a carefully selected combination of Solid Perfect-Surface Copper (PSC) and Long-Grain Copper (LGC) conductors.

LGC contains fewer oxides, impurities, and grain boundaries than conventional copper, while AudioQuest's extremely pure, smooth-surface PSC further minimizes distortion.

Rocket 33 also uses solid conductors, eliminating strand-to-strand interaction—one of the sources of dynamic distortion AudioQuest specifically seeks to avoid in its higher-performance cable designs.

Double Star-Quad Geometry

Rocket 33 employs AudioQuest's Double Star-Quad Geometry rather than conventional parallel conductors or twisted pairs.

Conductor geometry directly influences fundamental electrical properties such as capacitance and inductance. AudioQuest designed its Star-Quad arrangement to reduce distortion and time-smearing while maintaining dynamics and clarity.

Carbon-Based Noise Dissipation

Rocket 33 adds Carbon-Based Noise Dissipation to address radio-frequency interference.

The negative conductors are covered with partially conductive Carbon-Loaded Polyethylene, helping reduce RF noise being fed back into the amplifier. An additional carbon layer damps interaction between positive and negative conductors, while an external Carbon-Based Noise-Dissipation System further reduces outside interference.

Foamed-Polyethylene Insulation

Insulation surrounding a conductor can absorb energy and release some of that stored energy later as distortion.

Rocket 33 uses air-filled Foamed-Polyethylene insulation. Because air absorbs very little energy and polyethylene is a low-loss material, this construction reduces dielectric-related distortion for a more focused and accurate signal.

Direction-Controlled Conductors

All internal Rocket 33 conductors are Direction-Controlled to help minimize RF noise.

This is an integral part of AudioQuest's Noise-Dissipation approach and is designed to reduce the amount of radio-frequency interference reaching sensitive audio circuitry.

SureGrip 300 Connectors

Rocket 33 Single-BiAmp is professionally terminated with AudioQuest SureGrip 300 connectors.
